Gummy shark is a sustainable species found throughout Australia’s temperate waters. They occur from Geraldon in WA to Jervis Bay in NSW and in TAS. There is also undefined stock in NSW from Newcastle north to Clarence River. This shark is sourced from human consumption abattoirs. My supplier sources the by-products straight from the abattoir.
