Refund POLICY
You are entilted to ask for a refund or replacement of an item under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging in the same condition as when you received the item. You also must provide valid proof of purchase with your order confirmation or reciept. We do not accept refunds on items that have been opened or used.

You will be responsibly for the shipping costs if you are returning an item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be for your purchased items only, not the shipping costs.
Once we receive your return we will notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
